- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Assist team members and managers with HR-related inquiries, including contracts, leave requests, payroll, healthcare, and mobility topics.
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Assist with administrative follow-up related to local HR requirements, social security, insurance, and tax documentation.
- Support internal communication on HR topics for the Milan scope.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, documentation, and team experience.
Your Profile
- Initial experience in Human Resources, administration, or team support is a plus.
- Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
- English and Italian fluent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. xysqume
