Serco Inc. is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist in Naples, Italy to support the CNIC N6 program for U.S. Navy operations.

The role requires active DoD Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience with SIPRNet/NIPRNet, VTC, and telecom services. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot security-compliant computing and network platforms while traveling up to 10% and working on-site in Naples.
