We’re looking for a structured and experienced Project Manager (freelance or permanent) to lead branding and marketing projects for leading hospitality clients. Based in Italy (ideally Milan), you’ll work independently and hands‑on – from project scoping to execution – while collaborating closely with our core team. If you’re calm under pressure, fluent in both Italian and English, and ready to help shape both client work and the way FERUS operates, we’d love to hear from you.

FERUS is a growing brand partner and creative orchestrator that brings hospitality‑led brands to life. We specialise in creating, activating, and commercialising holistic brand concepts that go beyond strategy, turning ideas into meaningful guest experiences and tangible business success. As our Project Manager, you will independently lead and deliver branding and marketing projects for our clients – from positioning and identity to campaigns, content and launch. You will work closely with the founder, the Head of Marketing & Communications, and our creative network. Next to the project work, we are looking for someone who not only shapes the future of our clients, but also helps grow and refine FERUS as a company.
YOUR ROLE
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is structured, and experienced in leading brand and communication projects – with a clear sense of timing,
priorities, and client needs. You will manage your own portfolio of projects and be responsible for driving them forward from concept to execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute complex branding, marketing, and communication projects
- Manage selected english and Italian-speaking client accounts
- Translate client goals into structured timelines, deliverables, and processes
- Prepare and maintain project overviews, documents, and timelines in Notion
- Drive the structure and continuous improvement of our Notion workspace for global project management
- Coordinate with designers, writers, strategists, developers, and other collaborators
- Track budgets, feedback rounds, and deadlines with clarity
- Anticipate potential roadblocks and act proactively
- Collaborate closely with the founder and the Head of Marketing & Communications
- Contribute ideas and improvements to help shape how FERUS works and grows
YOUR PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in branding or agency settings
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Native Italian and fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken
- Based in Italy, ideally Milan (or easy travel to Zurich, Switzerland)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of autonomy, responsibility, and reliability
- Confident working in Notion, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
