As a Publisher Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new publishers, building and developing partnerships in the Italian market, presenting MGID solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and driving business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Italian publishers to identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships
- Proactively source and approach new publishers through outbound outreach, networking, industry events, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Deal with publisher negotiations, commercial terms, onboarding, and contract discussions
- Sell MGID products and monetization solutions to publishers and media partners
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate information in HubSpot
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth publisher onboarding and successful launch
- Meet agreed revenue, margin, and new-client acquisition targets for the Italian market
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, publisher acquisition, affiliate marketing, or a related digital industry
- Ability to proactively identify and approach new publishers, build relationships,
negotiate commercial terms, and close deals
- Knowledge of the Italian digital media, publishing, advertising, or affiliate market
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), lead generation, cold outreach, negotiations, and working with performance and revenue targets
- Fluent Italian and English; other languages can be a plus
Will be a plus:
- Prior experience in a digital agency, advertising, media, or publishing company
- Experience working with publishers, affiliates, or media partners
- Existing network of contacts within the Italian digital media/publishing market is a strong plus.
