IT & Security Manager
Pubblicato il 28-10-2026 - present of AI in Italia
An IT and Security Manager typically owns the internal IT environment and the security and compliance foundations around it, covering device and account management, access control, and policy. A strong candidate brings hands on systems administration, a working grasp of security frameworks and audits, and the habit of turning loose practices into documented, repeatable process. At a firmware security company, that means keeping the company's own house as disciplined as the products it ships.
How it fits the AI era
AI tools speed up log review, policy drafting and routine admin, so the manager spends less time on repetitive checks and more on judgment calls. Deciding what risk matters, handling incidents and getting people to follow process stay human. The role shifts toward overseeing automated tooling and keeping its output trustworthy.
How it builds AI experience
This role builds AI experience through using AI assistants for triage, documentation and compliance mapping while checking their output against real systems. It also means understanding how AI features and connected devices widen the attack surface, which matters for a company securing firmware.
