Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is looking for a Senior Injection Molding Technologistto join its plant in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. * Serve as a key point of reference for Technologists and support the Technical Manager in setting priorities, removing bottlenecks, and addressing critical issues.
* Set up product recipes, ensuring all required regulations and PLC parameters are correctly applied.
* Perform necessary mechanical and electronic adjustments and monitor production variables to ensure product specifications are met.
* Conduct investigations and troubleshooting to resolve quality issues.
* Train and support production staff in resolving minor technical problems affecting product quality.
* Carry out electromechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning systems, dryers, leak testers, cameras, palletizers, etc.).
* Develop solutions by fabricating mechanical or other components to address production or technical issues and improve machine performance.
* Support the Technical Manager in continuous improvement projects and in decisions regarding machines, equipment, molds, and processes. What are we looking for?
* ExcellentknowledgeofplasticInjectionMoldingtechnology,with specific experience ininjection molding machines of PET preforms on high-cavitation molds (required).
* Excellentapplied knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics,
electrical and/or electronic systems.
* Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques.
* Good applied knowledge of WCM standards.
* Solid experience working with industry specific technologies and productive processes.
* Fluency in English.
* Available to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri, United States. What do

* Compensation: $80,000
- $110,000 gross annual salary. The job level and compensation will be determined based on objective criteria, including experience, skills, and role responsibilities. Candidates with higher salary expectations driven by a more senior profile or specialized expertise will also be considered.
