As you learn more about our company, we think you will agree that there is no better time than now to become a member of the NCLH family TASKS Prepare and meet statutory and other non-financial reporting obligations within EMEA Manage and deliver all tax related obligations, including corporation tax, VAT & withholding tax, coordinating with local advisors, auditors and inspectors as required Prepare and manage the monthly reconciliations for all accounts of a tax and statutory related nature Support payroll preparation and review Support company secretarial matters and compliance of local laws and regulations Lead on accounting standards and other reporting requirements, including upcoming developments Support the development of standard processes & practices and identify opportunities to streamline and drive continuous improvement initiatives and document local processes and procedures Build strong, effective relationships with all key stakeholders Perform other job-related functions and special projects, as required Degree Type Bachelor's Degree Field(s) Of Study Accounting & Finance Experience Qualified accountant desirable Technically strong with financial reporting experience across UK and/or Europe VAT & Corporation tax knowledge and practical experience Practical experience within a multi-national company preferred Demonstrable career progression Competencies/Skills Accurate,



methodical and diligent Ability to work independently in this hands-on role and manage deliverables to deadlines Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, innovate and deliver results Passionate and ability to retain a positive attitude under pressure Excellent relationship building and written and verbal communication skills Commitment to leveraging digital tools to enhance efficiency & effectiveness CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES Qualified Accountant, with an internationally recognised accountancy body STAKEHOLDERS Internal: Accounting, Tax and operational departments External: Auditors, consultants, tax authorities and other professionals About Nclh Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
