We are committed to bringing digital technology into every business During this experience, you will have the opportunity to learn how to:
* Provide operational support to the HRBP in creating and managing reports related to the monitoring of key HR KPIs, such as organizational charts, personnel cost analysis, turnover, and other key indicators. Additionally, you will monitor organizational change processes within your area of responsibility, with a particular focus on developing reports on organizational changes.
* Provide operational support in managing administrative matters affecting the assigned employee population,
acting as a point of contact between the HR Administration team and the HRBP in order to monitor potential issues and serve as a reference point for employees.
* Perform periodic checks on the quality of HR data within our systems, ensuring the department can produce accurate and up-to-date reports.
* A degree in Economics, Law, or related fields
* Good knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong spoken and written English skills
* Numerical aptitude, logical–analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with proactivity and a strong team-oriented mindset
