Key Responsibilities
* Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)
* Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvement
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service department
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with field service teams, call centers, and external service partners
* Ensure data accuracy in service management systems
* Assist in optimizing service processes and workflows
* Support procurement and spare parts cost analysis What you need to succeed
* Must have
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
* Professional
experience:
3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar roles
* Language: Excellent communication skills both in Italian and in English, spoken and written
* Technical & Soft Skills Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plus Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively Employment Type
