Together, you plan and manage projects within the in-house tool shop, ranging from the development of new injection molds to the repair and maintenance of tools used in serial production.
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team
* Take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and successful execution of projects and orders while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets
* Drive process improvements, organizational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration
* Manage internal toolmaking projects from quotation preparation and work planning through to successful completion
* Coordinate closely with the Machining Production Team Leader to ensure the smooth execution of projects and orders Qualifications
* Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
* Several years of experience in project management and a technical environment, ideally in mechanical engineering and/or toolmaking
* Design experience with Cimatron is an advantage
* Experience in the manufacturing of injection-molded and stamped components
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as milling, grinding, EDM (electrical discharge machining), and drilling
* Very good German and English language skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
* Team player with excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
