Splendido, A Belmond Hotel, part of the LVMH Group, is an emblem of Portofinos allure. Our elevated escape is perched in the protected Portofino hills, overlooking the glittering Gulf of Tigullio and charming Portofino. We are proud of our legendary past and continue to visualise our heritage of the future. For the next season 2027, we are looking a Valet to join our front of the house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. He/She will Report to the Head Concierge.
* Deal with all Valets operations (greeting guests and escorting them to reception;
* Drive and park cars and shuttles, manage arrivals and departures) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
* Coordinate with reception and concierge;
* Assist with all guests requests. Requirements
* Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;
* Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite;
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
* Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
* Drive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues;
* Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background.
