As Sales Account Manager Italy, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding our presence in the Italian market. You will combine a strategic outlook with a hands‑on commercial approach. You will lead and support our network of agents, driving growth in both baby specialty stores and large‑scale retail. In addition, you will directly manage and further develop a portfolio of key accounts. Your
responsibilities:
* Manage, motivate, and support agents across Italy
* Expand our presence in baby specialty retail and mass distribution channels
* Manage, follow up, and develop key account relationships
* Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts
* Monitor sales performance and KPIs
* Identify market trends and new commercial opportunities
* Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service and supply chain teams
* Travel regularly within Italy
* Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings
* You will translate internal commercial strategies into action and continuously improve the end‑to‑end sales process via our CRM platform (Dynamics 365).
* Proven experience in a commercial or sales role (FMCG/retail experience is a plus)
* Experience working with agents or distributors
* Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills
* Proactive, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Willingness to travel frequently
