About Ecomswap Ecomswap is a boutique M&A; advisory and acquisitions platform focused exclusively on high-performing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), e-commerce, and digital brands across the US, EU, UK, and AUS. We partner with founders who have built real businesses and guide them through structured, high-value exits with qualified global buyers. As we expand our on-site UAE team, we are looking for a polished and commercially minded M&A; Advisor who understands digital businesses and thrives in a deal-led environment. This is not a typical 9-5 role. We operate across multiple time zones, and flexibility, accountability and professionalism are essential. The Role This is a full-cycle, client-facing advisory role with direct ownership of DTC and e-commerce acquisition processes. You will manage deals end-to-end: understanding the seller’s business, shaping the investment narrative, engaging buyers, leading calls, managing diligence and driving transactions through to closing. You will act as the central point of coordination and trust between founders, buyers, and internal stakeholders
- with ownership over deal direction. Success in this role requires strong financial judgment, structured communication, and the ability to remain calm and credible throughout complex deal processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Ownership of buyer relationships, engaging buyers with clarity, professionalism and timely follow-ups
• Analyzing financial statements, P&Ls;, cash flow, and unit economics of DTC and e-commerce brands
• Building high-quality, narrative-driven Teaser Decks and investment materials
• Leading discovery and qualification calls with founders and buyers
• Managing structured Q&A; processes between buyers and sellers
• Leading LOI drafting, negotiation, and alignment on commercial terms
• Coordinating due diligence across financial, operational, and marketing workstreams
• Overseeing APA preparation, escrow coordination, and closing documentation
• Maintaining deal accuracy and momentum, whilst maintaining high quality
• Representing Ecomswap with discretion, maturity, and strong commercial awareness This role requires independence, ownership and the ability to manage multiple active deals without losing structure or quality. Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in M&A;, Corporate Finance, Investment Advisory, Investment Banking or Private Equity
• A solid understanding of DTC, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital business models
• Strong financial modelling and analytical ability
- comfortable independently assessing P&Ls;
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence in senior-level discussions
• Experience managing multiple client engagements or live deals simultaneously
• Strong writing ability for Teasers, summaries, and structured deal communication
• Professional presence, credibility, and relationship-building capability

• Candidates outside the UAE must be able to relocate within approximately 30 days of accepting an offer. Ecomswap provides a UAE employment visa and medical insurance; relocation costs are not covered
