Promedital is seeking a Help Desk Consultant (Level I & II) to join our hybrid team in Reggio Emilia.

You will provide technical support for our healthcare software solutions, guiding clients on usage, troubleshooting issues, and configuring settings.

Remote assistance will be available via phone, email, and ticketing system.
