YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate cost reduction initiatives across R&D;, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product Management
Drive execution of approved initiatives through structured project management practices
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform within the organization;
coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation project
Define governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows associated with the use of the tool
Prepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and results
Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management activities
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & ST>KS
Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical field
Project Management certification is preferred
Previous yearsof professional experience managing complex projects and programs,
managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
Experience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs
Experience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; p
ractical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent platforms
Understanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis; f
amiliarity with Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) methodologies
Fluency in English, Italian and/or German as an advantage

Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable premio based on goal achievement
