Alpitronic in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a Senior PCBA Manufacturing Technology Engineer to ensure manufacturability and readiness for series production. You will drive DFM/DFA/DFT, define industrialization standards, and own PCBA equipment strategies from SMT/THT to testing lines.
The role interfaces with R&D;, NPI, Production, Quality, and EMS partners to align manufacturing requirements and readiness gates. Strong engineering background and English/Italian/German language skills are valued.
