Project Management Team Member (m/f/d) – Central Asia

TechnoAlpin is an international innovation leader in outdoor snowmaking technology. We ensure successful snowmaking operations for ski resorts and create unique winter experiences around the world. Globally, we employ approximately 700 people.To strengthen our team, we are looking for a project management team member for international assignments in Russian-speaking countries.The main area of responsibility covers Central Asia and neighbouring regions. Depending on operational requirements, project-related support in other regions may also be required.

Your responsibilities

- You manage snowmaking system projects from the planning stage through to implementation.
- You are responsible for the technical and commercial management of projects.
- You supervise construction sites through to the commissioning of the systems.
- You organise and coordinate the deployment of employees and external subcontractors on site.
- You act as the point of contact for customers, partners and internal departments.
- You ensure that projects run smoothly while meeting quality, schedule and cost requirements.
- You support our customers primarily in Russian-speaking markets, particularly in Central Asia.

Our requirements

- You have a technical background, ideally in electrical engineering, plant engineering or a comparable field.
- Alternatively, you have a strong interest in technology and a good technical understanding.
- Ideally,



you have professional experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment or in plant engineering.
- You work in a structured and independent manner and demonstrate a high level of initiative.
- You are willing to travel internationally and to be regularly present on construction sites and at customer locations.
- You have a very good command of Russian.
- In addition, you have a very good command of either Italian or German.
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.

Compensation

We offer our employees market-based remuneration above the minimum level stipulated by the applicable collective agreement. The actual remuneration will be determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, particularly qualifications, relevant professional experience, technical expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the position.
The starting salary for this position is based on the applicable minimum remuneration under the relevant CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria and currently amounts to at least €30,515.76 gross per year.
