What you will be doingProvide remote support to 1st level service teams and customers to keep machines running. Identify machine problems and their causes. Guide 1st level teams through troubleshooting. Share feedback with R&D;, Quality and Production. Document service cases and solutions in CRM.
Your education & experienceA technical qualification or experience in mechanical, electrical or software engineering is an advantage. Hands-on experience with machinery, ideally in service, is preferred. Basic task management and PC skills (CRM, Microsoft 365, Jira).
What you need to succeedA customer-focused approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and colleagues. Good communication skills in both English and Italian. A structured approach to troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge. Willingness to travel worldwide up to 20% of the time.
