Brand Management Intern

Your Tasks Join our Marketing team and gain hands‑on experience in brand management within a dynamic international environment. As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, analyze market and business performance, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical, project management and communication skills while contributing to well‑known skincare brands.
- Market and performance analysis: Analyze sales, product performance, consumer purchasing behavior and market trends; monitor competitors and help identify opportunities to improve brand performance.
- Campaigns and product launches: Support the execution of brand plans and work with activation and media agencies on communication activities for new launches and existing products.
- Trade marketing and in‑store materials: Support sell‑in and sell‑out analysis, collaborate with creative agencies on materials for the Sales team and contribute to pharmacy launches and activations.
- Presentations and reporting: Help turn data and project updates into clear reports and presentations for meetings with clients and business partners.
Your Profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related field.
- Good analytical skills, confidence working with numbers and a willingness to learn.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external agencies.
- Curiosity, creativity and a proactive approach to solving problems, combined with good organization and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with market data sources such as NielsenIQ, IQVIA or similar tools is a plus, but is not required. Why join us?
