Our mission is to transform bold scientific ideas into advances that improve human health. /p pWithin this mission, the ICT Digitisation Department at HT is expanding and seeking professionals with specific expertise in DevOps related tasks. /p pWe are seeking a technically gifted, innovative, and enthusiasticbDevOps Engineer /bto support the activities of the Core Services Team in the Data Centre Facility. /p pbYour mission /bbr/As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of centralized IT systems and cloud-native infrastructure. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to enable efficient and reliable software development and deployment processes. /p pWorking in a collaborative team environment, you will support enterprise-grade Kubernetes and cloud platform capabilities, including microservices, virtualization, and container technologies. p pThe successful candidate will actively support the research community and collaborate closely with digital development, cybersecurity, and core services teams to enhance automation, efficiency, and service reliability. /p pYou will enhance your professional skills by: /p h3CI/CD Automation /h3 ul liDesigning, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, integration, and deployment. /li liOptimizing build, release, and deployment processes to accelerate development cycles. /li liEnsuring seamless integration across development, staging,
and production environments. /li liIntegrating automated security scans, compliance checks, and DevSecOps best practices into CI/CD pipelines. /li liDeveloping and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). /li liAutomating provisioning, configuration management, scaling, and self-healing mechanisms. /li liImplementing and supporting multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures. /li liPlanning, deploying, configuring, and managing new and existing infrastructure systems. /li liImplementing, administering, and maintaining Kubernetes (on-premises and cloud), Docker, and containerized workloads. /li liEnsuring the health, scalability, performance, and reliability of Kubernetes, microservices, and related systems. /li liMonitoring and optimizing system performance, resource utilization, and latency. /li /ul h3Security, Reliability Operations /h3 ul liCollaborating with the Cybersecurity team to enforcing RBAC, secret management, encryption, and security best practices. /li liDiagnosing and resolving infrastructure and CI/CD incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. /li /ul h3Documentation, Governance Support /h3 ul liMaintaining up-to-date technical and operational documentation. /li liEnforcing DevOps standards, coding practices, and operational guidelines. /li liProviding technical guidance, contributing to projects,
mentoring junior engineers, and supporting broader DevOps, Linux, and Data Centre operations as needed. /li /ul pHuman Technopole supports career development through training, mentoring and dedicated learning opportunities. /p h3What you'll bring /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience. /li liMinimum of 3 years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation. /li liProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. /li liDeep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker). /li liBasic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). /li liStrong scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go. /li liGood English communication skills, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liHashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate /li liITIL certification /li /ul h3Organizational and social skills /h3 ul liStrong communication skills, given the multicultural nature of our team. /li liProactive approach to continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Why Human Technopole /h3 pHT offers an international and dynamic workplace, competitive welfare provisions, flexible working policies and relocation support.
