Littelfuse is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead Analyst to partner with HR leaders and implement Workday solutions across Core HCM, Talent, and Recruiting. The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation and strategic technology direction in a fully remote setup.
You will deliver configuration, testing, validation, and annual processes, mentor junior analysts, and lead small projects while ensuring data governance and security. The position reports to the Director of HRIS.
