We aspire to shape future mobility dreams and turn them into reality." /ppJoining the Marelli Electronic Systems Division Commercial Marketing team means becoming a part of something bigger, a place where you can explore your potential, pioneer innovation. /ppAs a global yet fast-evolving company, we are always looking to grow and evolve our talents. /ph3About the Position: /h3pWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Electronic Systems Division Commercial Marketing team, reporting directly to the Electronic Systems Head of Commercial Marketing and functionally to Marelli Global Head of Marketing. /ppThis position could be based in several locations. /ppAs the Product Marketing Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible for leading all marketing activities for the Electronics business while spearheading key strategic initiatives and special projects. /ph3Your Responsibilities will be: /h3ulliDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives. /liliManage all aspects of brand positioning, messaging, and external communications. /liliLead demand generation and customer engagement initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and trade shows. /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales and Product Management teams,
to ensure alignment on market trends and customer needs. Supervise the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials. /liliManage third parties / suppliers involved in the supply of marketing materials and services. /liliCoordinate with third parties for the execution of co-marketing plans. /liliEnsure marketing activities comply with company policies and automotive industry standards. /liliLead and manage 'special projects' assigned by the business Head, focusing on strategic business growth, operational efficiency, and market positioning. /liliSupervise and coordinate product marketing team members. /h3ulliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in the English language /liliProven experience in senior marketing roles within the automotive or electronics industries /liliTechnical aptitude and understanding of product development processes in the automotive industry are preferred /liliExperience in event planning and content creation is highly desired /liliPrior experience at a top-tier strategic consulting firm (MBB)
