CORPORATE COMMUNICATION MANAGER

The role will be responsible for developing and strengthening the company’s corporate positioning and reputation through institutional communication, media relations, PR, thought leadership, Events & Trade Fairs, and stakeholder relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Definition and implementation of the Corporate Communication, Events & Trade Fairs, PR strategy.
Management of Media Relations with journalists and leading economic, financial, technology and consumer media.
Definition and implementation of the company’s strategy for participation in trade fairs, congresses, conferences and industry events.
Identification of the most relevant events to support the company’s positioning and commercial objectives.
Development of brand reputation and corporate positioning.
Management of press releases, interviews, articles, events and media briefings.
Support to the CEO and Top Management in external communication activities.
Development of Thought Leadership activities and positioning of Executives.
Identification and management of speaking opportunities at conferences, events and industry associations.
Management of communication relating to financial, technological and regulatory topics.
Management of potential crisis communication / reputation management situations.
Coordination of PR agencies and external partners.
Supervision of corporate content for the website, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Collaboration with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, HR, Product and Business Development.
Monitoring of the company’s presence and reputation across the media and digital channels.
MUST HAVE
7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Communication, PR, Media Relations or institutional communication.
Significant experience in at least one of the following sectors: Financial Services, Fintech, Banking, Payments, Consumer Finance, BNPL, Technology.
Established experience in Media Relations / Events & Trade Fairs.
Ability to work directly with CEO, C-level and Senior Management.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
Experience in managing reputational issues and/or crisis communication.
Excellent command of Italian and fluent English.
Ability to operate effectively in an environment integrating finance, technology, innovation, consumer communication and regulation.
Established network within economic and financial media.
Experience in managing events, conferences and Corporate Speaking activities.
Experience in managing communication and PR agencies. xysqume
