- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing activities and introduce Esker's solutions to prospects across Italy and the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland.
- Contact prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their document-intensive processes, business challenges, and digital transformation objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities and identify key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Support Field Sales Representatives throughout the sales cycle and contribute to the development of the Italian market.
- Execute outbound prospecting and telemarketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Manage maintenance renewal activities for existing customers and contribute to customer retention efforts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce CRM, including prospect interactions, opportunities, account information, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales opportunities and share insights on successes and losses to continuously improve business performance.
- Work closely with Customer Experience, Marketing, Professional Services, Sales Administration, and Partner teams to ensure a positive customer journey.
- Share market feedback and recommendations with internal stakeholders to support business growth and improve commercial effectiveness.
- Report regularly on activities,
pipeline development, and results.

Your Profile
- Previous experience in business development, inside sales, lead generation, or customer-facing B2B roles.
- Comfortable engaging prospects through phone, email, and social selling activities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business challenges and identify value-added solutions.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Data-driven and attentive to CRM data quality and reporting.
- Team player who enjoys collaborating with different departments in an international environment.
- Curious about technology and digital transformation topics.
- Fluent in Italian and comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written.
