We’re looking for an inspiring, fashion-forward Store Manager to lead the team at the Stylerunner Sorrento

About the Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front — coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional experiences that keep our customers coming back. You’ll be responsible for the daily operations of the store while creating an environment that’s inclusive, energetic, and always on-brand.
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance.
What You’ll Need:
1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level)
A confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style
Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic
A proven track record of smashing sales and KPI targets
Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control
A “Make it Happen” mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused
Strong operational, VM,
and customer service skills
Availability for a Tuesday-Saturday roster

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop a passionate, high-performing team
Drive store performance through exceptional customer service & strong KPI focus
Manage daily operations including rosters, stock, shrinkage & VM standards
Identify opportunities and missed moments through data and insights
Champion a culture of confidence, collaboration, and personal growth
Create a beautiful store environment that inspires, empowers, and performs
Maintain safety, compliance, and OH&S; standards across your store
