pbJob description /b /ppulliManage electrical installation packages throughout the construction lifecycle, ensuring works meet programme, quality and technical requirements. /liliOversee electrical subcontractors, coordinating site activities, labour resources and progress against project schedules. /liliManage electrical site operations, working closely with project managers, engineering teams, consultants and other contractors. /liliEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, project specifications and QA/QC procedures. /liliMonitor electrical package costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, subcontractors and variations. /liliCoordinate material procurement and deliveries to support construction schedules and minimise delays. /liliManage progress reporting, site inspections, snagging and quality documentation. /liliSupport project close-out, including OM manuals, safety files, QA documentation and final handover requirements. /li /ul /pbr /pbRequired profile /b /ppulliMinimum 5 years' experience in project management within engineering or construction. /liliProven experience coordinating and managing large-scale electrical installation projects. /liliA relevant electrical trade qualification and/or third-level qualification. /liliExperience working on design and build construction projects. /liliStrong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical building services systems.
