Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder to contribute to training autonomous AI agents. You will design evaluation rubrics, debug agent traces, and stress test systems in live, non-mocked environments. A strong background in backend engineering or AI automation is essential.

This is a 1099 contract with flexible scheduling and rewards-based incentives. Remote work is supported; applicants from multiple countries including Italy are welcome.
