Nestlé Purina Italy is seeking an Operations Start-Up Leader to drive vertical start-up and sustained performance of new manufacturing equipment. You will lead a CAPEX project team, coordinate regulatory permissions, and oversee staffing and training programs during startup, ensuring on-time certifications and a smooth handover to operations.
The role requires an engineering degree, 3–5 years of production leadership experience, and strong English skills; Italian knowledge is a plus.
