Overview We are looking for a Creative Director The successful candidate will join our Creative Team and bring 10+ years of experience, ideally gained within leading international creative agencies. Lead the creative vision and development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, Experiential and Emerging Media channels. Oversee multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, ensuring the highest standards of creative excellence and consistency. Shape innovative communication strategies and transform business challenges into culturally relevant creative opportunities. Partner closely with Strategy, Client Services and Production teams to deliver work that is both creatively outstanding and commercially effective. Lead, mentor and grow multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering talent development and a culture of creative ambition. Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies and cultural shifts that can elevate the agency's work. 10+ years of experience within leading creative agencies. Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns for national and international brands.
Experience managing multiple teams and large-scale creative projects. Excellent client management, storytelling and presentation skills. Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business and brand challenges. Passionate about creativity, culture, innovation and industry evolution. Fluent in English. - €100,000 The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
