Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. You will work on identity and access management projects for the Court in Luxembourg, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct business needs analysis and current‑state assessment for authentication and access management.

Map existing permissions models to the new IAM platform and define migration approaches.

Lead application onboarding, define integration requirements and follow up implementation.

Design authorization, roles, groups and permissions models and manage lifecycle processes.

Implement delegated access management workflows and governance with business users.

Prepare and coordinate business acceptance testing, produce documentation and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications





Minimum 3 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or related business analysis.

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Red Hat Identity Manager.

Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering and functional documentation skills.

Ability to create user stories, acceptance criteria and conduct UAT.

Nice to have

Familiarity with EU regulatory compliance (e.g., Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2023/2841).

Experience with Oracle WebCenter Content or similar enterprise applications.

Knowledge of API integration and automation for IAM processes.

Project management certifications such as PMP.
