Junior Production Planner

Job Description Key Activities Verification of the availability stock of the necessary components to guarantee the production plan feasibility •Check drawings and order documentation availability •Management of purchase orders and related suppliers •Manage the workshops according to the defined logic and methods, ensuring customer satisfaction •Raise and manage internal production orders for the main plant •Check and consider production departments capacity limits •Check the work in progress and delivery times •Manage the changes customer request •Management of work in progress and urgencies with different company functions (technical office, purchasing, order management, warehouse, logistics, production) •Check of suppliers invoices with the administrative office •Search for new sources/alternative sources of supply when required Key Accountabilities •Degree in engineering,



production management or related disciplines •Knowledge of planning techniques •Knowledge of technical drawings •Good knowledge of MRP logics in a Make to Order reality •Familiarity with ERP systems (knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus) •Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel) •Communication skills •Fluent English •Request of offer and raise purchase orders •Raise work account purchase order •Notification of client/third party to attended tests •NC opening Qualifications • Experience • Previous experience in the role or similar roles in industrial contexts • 2-3 years • Technical Skills • MRP/SAP/excel • Purchase orders and managing suppliers experience • People Skills • Analytical s kil ls aptitude for problem solving • excellent individual organization skills and speed of completion Additional Information
