Drive growth across South East Europe by building and leading a high-performing dealer network, executing capital equipment sales strategies, and converting market opportunities into profitable business in the waste recycling industry.
Main activities Create and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's objectives in the South East Europe (Italy, Romania, Hungary, Spain with special focus), either autonomously or in coordination with the local dealer structure;
Generate new business opportunities by identifying leads, exploring market sub-segments, and developing a high-performing network of dealers and strategic partners across the assigned territory;
Support and guide the partners-dealers agents team by providing key information about applications, competitors, prices and tactics in order to win projects;
Create relevant offers and negotiate with customers and partners;
Be responsible for an assigned annual budget related to the territory of responsibility;
Report an accurate forecast into the CRM and give long term visibility to the company for implementing the right strategy;
Report to Director of Equipment Commercial Organization on the status of planned and on-going activities, customers/partners projects, trials, market developments and trends, etc.
Requirements Must have Experienced Dealers Sales Manager, or similar position, in Equipment's waste recycling technology with a good knowledge of the recycling industries and potential knowledge of balers, screens, dedusting air sifting systems or complementary portfolio;
Experience working in international and cross-functional environments;
Willing to travel both locally and internationally up to 65% of the time;
Excellent self-organizational skills and ability to work and perform in stressful situations;
Good proficiency in using the CRM, Office suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel.
Nice to have Track record of creating and developing high performing dealer and partner networks in new or underpenetrated markets would be preferred;
Fluency in one or more South East European languages will be considered a valuable asset;
BA degree in a branch of engineering, sales/communication or business management is preferential.

Home office location: South-Eastern Europe, with a preference for Italy, Romania, Hungary, Spain, or the Balkan region.
Compensation Package Premio: 35%

Company The company operates in the waste recycling industry, manufacturing systems, equipment and machinery designed to sort waste and recover reusable materials. It has production facilities and its headquarters in the Netherlands, as well as a direct presence in Germany and UK.
The main countries of interest to develop are Italy, Hungary, and Romania , with additional coverage of Slovakia and other South East European markets.
