The role
We're building a small AI engineering team in Milan to turn EquityMind from a working product into a mature one.
You'll work closely with the founder and have real ownership over technical and product decisions.
What you'll do
Extend the agent pipeline (LangGraph): understanding questions, choosing data sources, tool calling, report generation

Improve retrieval quality and the evaluation tooling (hallucination checks, data coverage, regression tests)
Move the system to AWS and make it production?ready
Help shape what we build next, including a mobile version with spoken briefings
What we're looking for
Strong Python and hands-on experience building with LLMs: RAG, tool calling, agents
You've shipped an AI product to real users (strong plus)
Comfortable with PostgreSQL / pgvector and FastAPI
You care about reliability: tests, evals, and numbers you can trust
You enjoy working xysqume in a team: code reviews, shared decisions, clear communication
Working proficiency in English and Italian, as the team works in both
Nice to have: financial or market-data experience, AWS
What we offer
Full-time role, RAL €45,******,000 depending on experience
Hybrid: 2 days a week in our office near Piola (M2), the rest remote
