For our
Florence
headquarters, we are seeking a
Client Experience Specialist
. This role serves as a key figure in operational planning, venue management, and the orchestration of activities supporting sales processes and client care.
The person will have the following responsibilities:
Concierge, Ceremonial & Experience:
Organize logistics and coordinate bespoke experiences and property visit itineraries for clients.
Oversee and monitor the application of sales ceremonial protocols and service standards established by the company.
Execute timely client nurturing activities (dedicated communications, gift distribution, periodic follow-ups) under the guidance and coordination of the Line Manager.
Oversee the full operational lifecycle of property listings: publishing, updating, removing listings, and entering/managing contact data.
Ensure maximum data accuracy within the company CRM and operational management systems.
Front & Back Office:
Coordinate and directly perform front office duties, visitor/vendor reception, switchboard management, and correspondence.
Manage external vendors, procurement, inventory restocking,
and overall office operations.
Maintain a 360?degree oversight of company spaces to ensure aesthetic, brand image, and decorum standards aligned with Brand positioning.

Requirements
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Organizational Concierge, Office Management, or Executive Support within Luxury, 5* Hospitality, Elite Real Estate, or Premium Services sectors;
Language Skills:
Native Italian and fluent English (C1/C2 level, spoken and written) for seamless communication and service management;
Technical Skills:
Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and daily hands?on experience using CRM platforms;
Outstanding organizational abilities, a strong commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Contract Type:
Direct employment contract;
Compensation:
Gross Annual Salary (RAL) €30, 000 - €35, 000 (commensurate with background and experience).
