CHAiNGERS Operations & Supply Chain Program **What you´ll do**: - The program includes **three phases of 6 months**: - **Building your Foundation**: You will join our production team and support efficiency and optimization initiatives
- **Exploring new horizons**:You will embark on functional rotations in selected departments in alignment with the Program Manager (example :Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Lean Management, SHE, etc)
- **Get a strategic perceptive**:You will be involved in a cross functional project in close collaboration with the regional and global Henkel Adhesive Technology teams
- In parallel you will be introduced to the different supply chain and related functions to build a broad understanding of the organization.
- You will own and drive multiple cross-functional projects that lead to continuous improvement within your plant, allowing you to develop deep insight into the different functions of operations and supply chain.
- As part of the program, you will receive a high level of visibility and guidance from an experienced mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, share feedback on your performance and agree development measures with you

exchanging ideas with fellow trainees and connecting with senior leaders, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
- Upon completion of the program, you will be placed in a responsible position across the operations and supply chain organization at one our locations where the knowledge and expertise learned through the program will provide you with a wide range of career opportunities **What makes you a good fit**: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics with successful academic record
- Up to 2 years of work experience, ideally in a multinational environment with experience in either manufacturing or supply chain roles
- Enthusiastic about starting your career journey at our diverse production sites
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on mentality and a process-oriented approach to effectively implement ideas
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Great aptitude for continuous learning and self-development, with interest in new technologies, digitization and data analysis.
