STORE MANAGER / HIGH PREMIUM BRAND / MILAN RINASCENTE
Responsibilities:
Team Management ( Approx 6 SA)
Be a Brand Ambassador and represent the Core Values of the Brand
Build a strong customer experience
Setting performance targets and driving department productivity and profitability
Ensure that customer service and the store environment are always presented at the optimum level
Produce reports and specific analysis
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
Fluent spoken English and Italian
At least 5 years in managerial role for PREMIUM or LUXURY xysqume Brands
Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
Passionate about luxury/fashion, art and design
Business driven and detailed oriented
Team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
