About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager based in Milan to develop relationships with Italian and European luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry and lifestyle brands.
Responsibilities
Identify and approach high-potential Italian and European brands
Build relationships with founders, executives and international business teams
Evaluate China market entry and licensing opportunities
Lead early-stage discussions and partnership development

Coordinate with our China team on market research, proposals and project execution
Represent Yibi Hantang at relevant industry events and meetings
Qualifications
Experience in luxury, fashion, beauty, fragrance, jewelry or premium lifestyle industries
Background in brand partnerships, business development, licensing or international expansion
Strong understanding of the Italian and European brand landscape
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent Italian and professional English
Understanding of the China market is a strong advantage
Required Skills
