xFarm Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field & Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support and On Field Ops team. The role is split between field activity during the high season and full integration into the Customer Support team for the rest of the year.
You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and be based primarily in the field from March to October, with installations, shipment management and coordination of external service centers (PGI).
