This Sales Logistics Manager role in Italy is central to driving customer acquisition, service development and growth across Italy and nearby markets. /ppThe selected candidate will play a central role in driving customer acquisition, service development, and business growth across Italy and nearby markets. The position requires a high level of autonomy and an entrepreneurial approach, acting as a key function in the company's ongoing international expansion. /ppOnly Applicants coming from the Logistics/Transport sector will be taken into consideration (min 5 yrs experience) /ppThe scope covers rail, terminal and multimodal solutions with a focus on export/import clients and sustainable. /ppbExperience Market Knowledge /b /pulliProven track record in new customer acquisition and B2B sales, especially in international logistics services. /liliSolid knowledge of rail transport, supply chains and multimodal solutions. /liliExcellent understanding of the Italian logistics market, including regional business practices and pricing models. /liliFluent in English and Italian; strong cultural familiarity with Southern Europe. /li /ulpbCore Skills /b /pulliMarket Development: Establish and grow Nurminen's market presence in Italy. /liliEntrepreneurial Drive: Operate independently and take ownership of regional sales. /liliCustomer-Centricity:
