ppAs a Customer Service Management Specialist at INNIO you will build strong customer relationships, manage assigned service projects and contract execution, and support service business growth through commercial initiatives and KPI monitoring. escalations /li liEnsuring effective feedback to any Customer requests /liliLeading the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements between Customers and the Italian Service organization /li liCollaborating with key stakeholders (Finance, Operation, Sales, Safety) to deliver seamless service and growth /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liAbility to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple stakeholders/customer events and activities simultaneously, and drive results independently /li liHigh orientation toward Customer satisfaction, coincided communication vs high management and problem-solving skills /li liProficiency in Data Analysis/Management and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems focused on digital and AI /li liUniversity degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline /li li1/3 years of experience in a structured, process-driven organization /li liFluent in English (spoken and written) – essential, Fluent in German is a plus /li /ul pThe gross annual salary for this position starts at EUR 30,000, in accordance with the pay scale set forth in the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Metalworking Industry, Level C1 for clerical staff.
