Alfa Laval is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Italy to manage the order-to-cash process for complex component, project, field service and service operation orders from acceptance through fulfilment and invoicing.

You will coordinate activities to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations, liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams, handling documentation and exports where needed.
