pManager / Team Leader /ppAs Project Quality Engineer, you will identify and mitigate product quality risks during development to protect customer satisfaction. You will bridge customer requirements, field issues, and design teams, ensuring quality is built in from the start. Working within a matrixed organization, you will drive DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ definition, and quality deliverables to support robust product launches. You will collaborate with RD and cross-functional teams to prevent issues and elevate overall product quality.
