In this role, you’ll manage and administer the backbone of our technological infrastructure. You'll be the architect of the system, shaping the base definition, structure, and documentation to ensure the long-term success of our business operations. /ph3What you will do /h3pMaintain and Protect: /pulliOptimize systems: Your expertise will be crucial in configuring, installing and maintaining database management systems, ensuring that our systems are always running at peak performance. /liliSet security protocols: You'll be responsible for managing user access and implementing policies and procedures to protect our valuable data from unauthorized access and external threats. /li /ulpStrategize to Scale: /pulliPlan ahead: You will conduct capacity planning and growth projections based on usage, ensuring that our system is always scalable to meet our business needs. /liliMake progress: You'll be a strategic partner, working closely with various teams to coordinate systematic database project plans that align with our organizational goals. /liliGenerate ideas: You'll have the opportunity to propose and implement enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system, enabling us to deliver world‑class services to our customers. /li /ulpRecover and Resolve: /pulliBe ready to recover:
Develop strong backup and recovery plans to ensure that our system is always protected in the event of a failure. /liliSupport solutions: Use your technical acumen to support end users and application developers in solving complex problems related to our database systems. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3pRequired skills and experience: /pulliOracle DB implementation and management /liliSQL /liliMongo DB /liliPostGreSQL /liliDBA migration modernization /liliVulnerability management /liliExadata /liliGoldenGate /li /ulpPreferred skills and experience: /pulliPublic/private cloud management, especially migration from on-prem to cloud. /li /ulpThe position will be governed by the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of the Metalworking Industry (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per i dipendenti dell’Industria Metalmeccanica e della Installazione di Impianti), with classification as Quadro. The employment contract may be offered as a permanent employment contract (tempo indeterminato). The salary range for the position in Italy is € 49.530,00 to € 89.180,00 based on a full-time schedule at the time of posting. The level assigned and the corresponding remuneration within the salary range indicated above will be determined in accordance with several factors such as, geographical tier, job-related skills, education and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
