Project Coordinator / Export Administrator

In this role, you will coordinate project orders, export and shipping activities, documentation, payments and customer-related processes across international markets.
You will work closely to customers and internal teams to ensure projects are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with contractual and international trade requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and administration of project orders (from order receipt through final delivery)
- Project registration in accordance with specified company guidelines
- Customer support across various markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and America)
- Creating order confirmations, advance payment- and shipment invoices etc.
- Coordination with supply chain
- Project monitoring using IFS
- Administer letters of credit, bank guarantees, CADs.
- Coordinate clarifications with banks and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate major project shipments in accordance with contract, letter of credit, Incoterms etc.
- Prepare and review export documentation
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements and company policies
- Monitoring of incoming payments
- Independent processing of customer complaints, returns, credit-note administration
- Handling and implementation of complex contracts
- Archiving and administration of project documents in IFS
- Communication with customers, suppliers, banks
- Other duties and special projects as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
Education
- Commercial or business-related education, or equivalent professional experience, preferred
- Further education as export specialist is an advantage
Experience
- 5 or more years working experience in Export-/Sales Administration (export operations, logistics or international trade / working with customs procedures)
Required Knowledge

- Fluent English, written and spoken; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
