Are you ready to grow with us? Position – Test Automation Engineer We are looking for a smart and proactive Test Automation Engineer to join our R&D; Testing Team. What You Will Do
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test benches integrating PLCs or PCs, products under test, sensors, measurement instruments, valves, and actuators.
• Develop software for product communication, test equipment control, data acquisition, automatic result evaluation, and report generation.
• Translate product requirements into repeatable and traceable automated tests, including regression tests, fault injection, boundary conditions, and realistic operating scenarios.
• Define modular and reusable test architectures, software libraries, communication drivers, and common automation frameworks.
• Analyze measurements, logs, and failures, supporting root cause analysis with software, electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, and product engineering teams.
• Use AI tools to improve test design, software development, data analysis, anomaly detection, and validation documentation.
• Lead the transition toward a more automated, scalable, and data-driven validation process, establishing best practices and supporting colleagues in adopting new tools and methodologies. Who You Are
• Master’s Degree in Automation, Electronic, Computer, Mechatronics, or Control Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in automated testing, product validation,

industrial automation, laboratory automation, or test system development.
• Experience in designing test benches integrating PLCs or PCs, measurement systems, sensors, instruments, and actuators.
• Programming skills in Python, C#, C++, LabVIEW, Structured Text, or comparable automation languages.
• Good knowledge of PLC programming, data acquisition, measurement systems, and protocols such as Modbus, CAN, LIN, RS-232, RS-485, or Ethernet.
• Experience in requirements-based testing, automated regression, fault injection, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of GIT, code review, CI/CD, and software testing practices.
• Effective use of AI-assisted engineering tools for test automation, data analysis, and documentation.
• Strong multidisciplinary problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Target Hiring Range Total compensation package in the range between €37.000 and €45,000 gross per year. DAB pay ranges for a job are based on the location specific market of similar jobs, according to third-parties salary benchmark surveys. Individual salary within that range, could vary for several reasons, including skills, capabilities, experience.
