About The Role
AI is only as good as the humans who evaluate it. We're looking for detail-oriented people to review and rate AI-generated outputs — helping shape how the world's most advanced AI systems learn, respond, and improve. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong analytical thinking and a sharp eye for quality. No AI background required.

What You'll Do
• Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and relevance
• Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines
• Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short
• Provide well-documented feedback that directly guides AI model improvement
• Work across a variety of topics and content types, keeping the work engaging and varied Who You Are

• Comfortable reading, evaluating,



and critiquing written content at scale
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
• Clear, concise written communication skills in English
• No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll give you everything you need to succeed Nice to Have

• Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or structured feedback
