Chief Executive Officer – Biosigma Pharma Point, on behalf of Biosigma, part of the Dutscher Group, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's strategic development, business performance and long-term growth. The successful candidate will combine strategic vision, operational excellence and a strong results-driven mindset, leveraging their knowledge of the laboratory equipment, products and consumables market to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company's competitive positioning. Working closely with the Dutscher Group, the CEO will promote a management culture based on autonomy, accountability, trust and employee development.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement the company's strategic direction and annual budget in coordination with the Board.
• Drive commercial development, revenue growth and profitability, identifying new markets, customers, distribution channels and business opportunities.
• Lead sales and marketing teams, strengthening relationships with key customers, international distributors, suppliers and strategic partners.
• Develop pricing strategies and optimize the company's product offering and market positioning.
• Identify organic and external growth opportunities in Italy, including potential acquisitions.
• Oversee production and/or preparation activities, logistics, distribution and supply chain performance, ensuring quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

• Define and develop the organizational structure, fostering team engagement, collaboration and a performance-driven culture.
• Manage financial performance, budgets and investment plans, optimizing margins, costs and working capital.
• Identify new product ranges, sourcing opportunities and innovation initiatives.
• Represent Biosigma in relationships with customers, partners and institutional stakeholders, while actively participating in Dutscher Group management meetings. Candidate Profile
• Proven experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Director or Operations Director.
• Professional background within a structured organization, ideally operating in an international or multi-entity environment.
• Demonstrated success in business development, commercial growth and team leadership.
• Experience in the distribution of laboratory products, equipment or consumables will be considered a significant advantage.
• Solid commercial acumen, financial management skills and ability to monitor business performance.
• Ability to structure organizations, optimize processes and manage complex business priorities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision, entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach.
• Leadership style based on empowerment, teamwork, accountability and employee development.
