We are looking for an HPC System Engineering Expert to support the administration, operation and evolution of a complex High Performance Computing environment. Responsibilities
• Administer Linux/Unix-based HPC clusters.
• Manage compute nodes, GPU resources and cluster services.
• Configure workload managers such as Slurm, PBS or equivalent.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot hardware, OS, network and storage issues.
• Support system upgrades, automation, performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Contribute to the technical evolution of the HPC platform. Requirements
• 5+ years of professional IT/infrastructure experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on HPC experience.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.

• Experience with HPC schedulers such as Slurm or PBS.
• Knowledge of MPI, OpenMP and parallel computing.
• Experience with HPC storage, scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Docker, Singularity/Apptainer.
• Experience with CPU/GPU environments and performance optimisation.
• Fluent English. Nice to have: InfiniBand, Lustre/GPFS/BeeGFS, Azure, SQL, ETL, Power BI. Collaboration
