- world leader in the supply of work spaces, is looking for 1 Community Associate Trainees to be hired as a full-time INTERNSHIP/ Stage for 6 months at our Genoa business centers (San Benigno). (with the possibility of extension for a further 6 months if interested) Start date: between December 2026 and January 2027 Main daily tasks: Front Office activities (dedicated telephone answering to the Customer, management of mail and registered mail sorting, bookings and management of meeting rooms) Back Office activities (archiving and management of practices for Regus service activations, Virtual Office, Offices) Complete management of the structure with organization of Community events Filter requests from internal and external customers Minimum

Strong sense of responsibility and propensity for public relations Problem-solving skills and flexibility Strong communication and organizational skills Propensity to work in a team and independently Excellent knowledge of English level C 1 Excellent Knowledge of the Office package, Outlook email (Word Excel Power Point) The resource will be supported by a Community Manager, who will follow him/her throughout the training course and who will provide all the necessary tools to be fully operational.
