Discover your exciting role Join our team and play a key role in ensuring the highest Health, Safety & Environmental standards on complex industrial and data center construction projects while driving a strong safety culture on site. This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on project requirements and business needs. Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities
• Coordinate and perform daily and weekly HSE inspections across all site activities.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements and Permit to Work (PTW) processes.
• Support and coordinate CSE site inspections and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Facilitate effective collaboration between subcontractors, site management, and project stakeholders.
• Lead daily and weekly Toolbox Talks and promote safety awareness throughout the project.
• Collect, analyze, and report safety metrics, including near misses, audits, inspections, and observations.
• Identify potential risks, resolve operational safety conflicts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Show Your Expertise
• Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.




• 3-5 years of experience in HSE coordination within industrial, infrastructure, or data center construction projects.
• Solid knowledge of site safety regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems.
• CSP/CSE qualification in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian and operational fluency in English.
• Proactive, structured, and hands-on approach with a strong commitment to workplace safety. The salary range for this position is between € XX,000 and € XX,000 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
